All deposits are credited instantly or within the processing time specified at the cashier screen. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits into your pkd365 account from third-party payment sources, is prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. pkd365 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing funds in cases where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, the account activity shows irregular patterns, or there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity.
The minimum withdrawal amount on pkd365 is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, although very large withdrawals may be processed in instalments at pkd365's discretion.

pkd365 operates in full compliance with its international licensing authority's anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is either displayed in-game or available upon request from support. pkd365 is not liable for bets or gaming rounds that are interrupted due to internet connection failure on your device. pkd365's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of the player's total deposits in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The pkd365 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pkd365 endeavours to maintain a 99.9% uptime target, it does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and is not liable for losses caused by downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures outside of its direct control.
pkd365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform recognises that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gaming behaviour and has invested in tools and processes to identify and support those players.

If fraud or dishonest conduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full. In terminations not related to misconduct, your real-money balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
If pkd365 is required by its licensing authority or a regulatory body to cease offering services in a particular jurisdiction or to specific player categories, affected accounts may be closed with appropriate notice and return of balances where applicable.
pkd365 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkd365 will provide notice via on-platform notification, email, or SMS to registered players at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Continued use of the pkd365 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable under pkd365's international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.
